When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Google sign-in or email/password registration. When you use the app, we store information you provide about your baby \u2014 including name, date of birth, meals, growth measurements, and development milestones. We also store your chat messages with our AI assistant to provide personalised advice.
Your data is used solely to provide you with personalised nutrition guidance, development tracking, and health recommendations for your baby. We use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our AI responses. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Parent Maxing uses AI language models to generate responses, meal plans, and development recommendations. Your baby\u2019s information is sent to the AI model as part of each request to provide personalised advice. AI-generated responses are grounded in peer-reviewed research but may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details \u2014 these are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We store only your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU region) with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
We use Google OAuth for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and AI language models to generate responses. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your baby's personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to provide our core functionality.
We use essential cookies only \u2014 for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time through the app's Settings page. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you. If you have questions or concerns about your data, contact us at contact@parentmaxing.com.
